What this means for a small business
- Facebook is still the largest social network by most measures, and in the US a majority of every adult age group uses it. That makes it a strong choice if many of your customers are older.
- People mainly go to Facebook to keep up with friends and family. Posts that feel local and personal tend to fit in better than polished adverts.
- Video time on Facebook is growing, so short clips of your work, your team or your products are worth adding to your mix.
- Ad prices on Meta's apps are rising year on year. Strong organic posts help you get more from a small ad budget, or go without one.
Knowing where your customers are is half of it; the other half is posting there every week. Make a post with the free generator or let Zolyp plan and write the week for you.
