Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Zolyp. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for the accounts you connect, the content you approve, and keeping your login secure. You must have the right to publish to the social accounts you connect.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to publish unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or to violate the rules of the platforms you connect. You remain responsible for everything published from your account.
Your content
You own your content and your brand information. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service, such as generating drafts and publishing the posts you approve to your connected accounts.
The service
Content is generated with the help of automated systems and may need your review. You stay in control: you choose what publishes and when. We may update or improve features over time.
AI-generated content
Text, images, and video created by the service are generated by AI and can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Review everything before you approve it. You must not use the service to generate content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or that infringes anyone's rights.
If you see AI-generated content that is offensive or harmful, report it from the app (Report content) or email us. We review every report and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation stops future charges. Specific plan details are shown at checkout.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app, or as described on our Delete your account page. Deleting your account cancels any subscription and permanently removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
