Questions owners ask
Will it sound like a robot?
No, and that is the whole point. Zee writes against your Brand Brain: your tone, your vocabulary, your emoji policy, and every edit you have ever made. Most owners can't tell which posts they wrote and which the team did. You review everything until you trust it, then hand over as much as you like.
Do I lose control of what gets posted?
Never, unless you choose to. You start in review-everything mode, so nothing publishes without your approval. As you build trust, you can graduate individual pillars to autopilot with a veto window, so you can still pull anything before it goes out.
What if I don't like a post?
Approve, tweak, or reject, each takes a second. Reject with a reason and the team learns from it. Fix-with-a-note lets you say 'make it shorter' or 'mention the offer' in plain English, and the post is rewritten in your voice.
Which platforms do you support?
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, and Google Business. Each post is tailored per platform. The caption that works on LinkedIn isn't the one that works on Instagram, and the team knows the difference.
Is my data used to train other brands?
No. Your Brand Brain trains only your brand. It's never pooled into a shared model or used to help anyone else's content.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every account starts with a 3-day free trial, no card required. It includes 6 images, 3 posts and 20 text credits. Video generation unlocks when you subscribe.
How far do my credits go?
An image costs 2, 4 or 8 image credits at low, medium or high quality, so Starter's 128 image credits make 16 high-quality or 64 low-quality images a month. Writing, rewriting or adapting a caption costs 1 text credit. A post you make in Create (a medium-quality picture, the caption, and versions for every platform) uses 4 image and 2 text credits, so Starter makes about 32 posts a month, and posts the team makes on autopilot use no text credits at all. Video has its own pool: a 4-second clip uses 5 video credits at Standard quality, and a motion video of up to 15 seconds uses 150. Scheduling and publishing never use credits, failed runs are never charged, and credits reset every month.
What if I run out of credits?
Keep your plan and switch it to 2× or 3× credits (Growth goes up to 3×; Pro, Business and Enterprise to 2×), with each credit costing less the higher you go. Or move to a bigger plan. Both are one click on your Subscription page, and going up applies straight away. Credits reset at the start of every billing month and don't roll over. There are no top-ups or surprise charges: you only ever pay your plan's price.
Is annual billing cheaper?
Yes, 16% less: a year costs the same as 10 months. Growth is $790 a year instead of $948, and Starter $290 instead of $348. Same credits, same features; you can switch between monthly and yearly anytime.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in two clicks, and everything the team has learned about your brand stays intact if you come back. No lock-in, no hostage-taking.
