What is Zolyp?
Zolyp is the AI social media team for small businesses and agencies. It plans, writes, designs, schedules, publishes, and reports on your social content. You approve the week in minutes.
What is an AI social media manager?
An AI social media manager is software that performs the recurring work of the role: planning what to post, writing the captions, designing the visuals, scheduling, publishing, and reporting on results. A scheduler only queues content you have already made.
How does the free trial work?
Every account starts with a 3-day free trial that includes 6 images and 3 posts, whichever runs out first. Video generation unlocks when you choose a plan.
What is Brand Brain?
Brand Brain is Zolyp's living memory of your brand (tone of voice, colors, logo, services, audience, and banned topics) that every post is written and designed against. You set it up once, and every edit you make afterwards teaches it more about how you sound.
Which social platforms does Zolyp support?
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Threads. Each post is tailored per platform. The caption that works on LinkedIn isn't the one that works on Instagram, and the team knows the difference.
Where can I read Zolyp reviews?
On G2, Capterra and Software Advice, where anyone who uses Zolyp can leave an independent review. Zolyp launched in 2026, so public reviews are just starting; the About page quotes three customers and links to every listing.
Control, quality and brand voice
Will it sound like a robot?
No, and that is the whole point. Zee writes against your Brand Brain: your tone, your vocabulary, your emoji policy, and every edit you have ever made. Most owners can't tell which posts they wrote and which the team did. You review everything until you trust it, then hand over as much as you like.
Do I lose control of what gets posted?
Never, unless you choose to. You start in review-everything mode, so nothing publishes without your approval. As you build trust, you can graduate individual pillars to autopilot with a veto window, so you can still pull anything before it goes out.
What if I don't like a post?
Approve, tweak, or reject, each takes a second. Reject with a reason and the team learns from it. Fix-with-a-note lets you say 'make it shorter' or 'mention the offer' in plain English, and the post is rewritten in your voice.
How does Autopilot work?
Autopilot is Zolyp's trust ladder for automation: start by reviewing every post, then hand off publishing pillar by pillar as the output earns it.
Can I edit a post before it goes out?
Yes. Every draft is editable before it goes anywhere: rewrite it yourself, or send a plain-English note and have it rewritten in your voice.
Plans, credits and billing
How much does Zolyp cost?
AI plans start at $29/mo (Starter) and go up to $499/mo (Enterprise). Lite costs $9/mo per brand and only schedules content you bring. Every plan can be paid monthly or annually; a year costs 10 months, so annual billing saves 16%.
What is the difference between Lite and the AI plans?
Lite schedules and publishes the photos and captions you bring; it does not write or design anything and carries no AI credits. The AI plans, from Starter at $29/mo, plan the calendar, write, design, publish, and report.
How many brands can I manage?
It depends on the plan: Starter 1, Growth 1, Pro 2, Business 5, Enterprise 10. Lite is priced per brand, so you can add as many as you like at $9/mo each.
How do AI credits work?
Each plan includes three separate monthly pools: image, video, and text credits, which are not interchangeable. An image render costs 2–8 image credits depending on the quality you pick, and each AI prompt (composing or rewriting a caption) costs 1 text credit. A 4-second video clip uses 5 video credits at Standard quality; longer or higher-quality clips use more. Failed runs are never charged.
Do extra team members cost more?
No. Team members are unlimited on every plan, Lite included. You only scale brands and monthly credits.
Which features need the Growth plan or above?
None. Starter has every feature Growth has, rolling campaigns included. Bigger plans add more monthly credits and brands.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in two clicks, and everything the team has learned about your brand stays intact if you come back. No lock-in, no hostage-taking.
Publishing and results
Does Zolyp post automatically?
Only when you choose. You start by approving every post, and you can hand individual content pillars to Autopilot later, with a veto window so you can still pull a post before it goes out.
What happens if a post fails to publish?
The post card shows which platform didn't take it and why, and offers Retry publish. Only the platforms that failed are sent again, so nothing is posted twice.
Does Zolyp report on results?
Yes. Pareesa, the Insights Analyst on your AI team, turns performance across your connected accounts into a plain-language report on what worked, what didn't, and what to do next.
Data and privacy
Is my data used to train other brands?
No. Your Brand Brain trains only your brand. It's never pooled into a shared model or used to help anyone else's content.
Who owns the content Zolyp creates for me?
Your brand data is yours, and posts are written for your brand from your own Brand Brain and briefs, not recycled templates or scraped posts from other accounts. The privacy policy and terms set out the details.
For agencies
Can an agency run client accounts on Zolyp?
Yes. Each client brand gets its own Brand Brain, posts go through an approval step before they publish, and each brand gets its own report. Agencies pick the plan by client count: Business covers 5 brands and Enterprise 10, with team members unlimited on every plan.
