Every limit, requirement, and fix in one place — the same numbers publishing actually enforces.
The composer's counters use these exact numbers — going over gets trimmed or rejected at publish.

What each platform needs before a post can go out — the same checks publishing runs.
Reading, replying to, and deleting comments from the post details drawer works on these platforms.
On Instagram you can reply to existing comments, but starting a new top-level comment isn't allowed by Instagram itself. TikTok has no public comments API.
What happens after a post goes out — retrying a failure, and taking a live post down.
Retrying a failed post
Unpublishing a live post
Unpublish(on the post card's menu) deletes the live copy from the platform. The post itself stays in Zolyp, ready to edit or re-send. Platforms that allow it:
Instagram and TikTok don't allow deleting a published post from outside their apps — remove those in the app itself. Google Business and Pinterest posts can't be removed from here either.
What each plan includes. Credits reset monthly.
| Plan | Brands | Image credits / mo | Video credits / mo | Campaigns | Research |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 1 | 128 | 200 | — | — |
| Growth | 1 | 480 | 600 | ✓ | ✓ |
| Pro | 2 | 1,000 | 1,500 | ✓ | ✓ |
| Business | 5 | 2,500 | 4,000 | ✓ | ✓ |
| Enterprise | 10 | 5,000 | 6,000 | ✓ | ✓ |
Every failure shows a plain-language reason on the post card. Here's what the common ones mean and how to fix them.
Connection expired or revoked
Session expired, password changed on the platform, token invalid, “Unauthorized”.
Go to Connections, reconnect the account, and approve all requested permissions. If you recently changed the platform password, this is always the fix.
Account blocked on the platform
Account suspended, temporarily locked, restricted, or flagged as spam.
This must be resolved on the platform itself (facebook.com, x.com, the Instagram app…). Zolyp can't lift a platform restriction — reconnect after it's cleared.
Media doesn't fit the platform
Wrong aspect ratio, unsupported size or format, video too long, image-only post sent to a video platform.
Check the media requirements and platform rules above, adjust the media (or drop the platform from the post), then retry.
Daily limit or rate limit reached
The platform's daily posting cap is used up, or requests are briefly rate-limited.
These clear on their own — daily caps roll over on a 24-hour window (YouTube resets at midnight UTC). Failed posts retry automatically where it's safe to.
Temporary platform errors
“Service unavailable”, “temporary issue”, unexpected platform-side errors.
Nothing is wrong with your post. Wait a few minutes and retry — these almost always clear.
A post that failed on one platform can still be live on the others — its analytics and comments keep working for the platforms that published. Retry only re-sends the platforms that failed.
