Why it matters
Consistency matters more than volume: a pace you can keep up beats bursts followed by silence. Platforms also cap how much one account can publish in a day.

A small shop that can only manage three good posts a week schedules them for Monday, Wednesday and Friday rather than posting daily for a week and then stopping.
