What is a LinkedIn Showcase Page?
A Showcase Page is an extension of your LinkedIn Page with its own name, followers, posts and URL. LinkedIn says it's for a brand, business unit or initiative you want a long-term relationship with a specific audience for, not for short-term campaigns or one-off events. Each Showcase Page belongs to exactly one parent Page.
For most small businesses, one company Page is enough. A Showcase Page earns its place when part of the business serves a clearly different audience, such as a training arm, a separate product brand or a community programme, and you can post for it regularly.

How do you create a LinkedIn Showcase Page?
You need to be a super admin of the parent Page. Then:
- Open the parent Page's super admin view.
- Click Create in the upper-left corner of the Page.
- Select Create a Showcase Page from the dropdown.
- Enter the parent Page in the Associated organization page box.
- Fill in the required fields, marked with an asterisk.
- Click Create page, then finish the logo, tagline and other details from your admin view.
- You can create up to 25 Showcase Pages for each parent Page.
- LinkedIn limits how many you can create in a day. If you get an error, wait at least 24 hours.
- Each Showcase Page has its own URL, which you can customise from the admin view.

How do you add admins to a Showcase Page?
Whoever creates the Showcase Page becomes its super admin. Super admins of the parent Page don't get access automatically, so add the people who need it:
- Go to the Showcase Page's super admin view.
- Click Settings in the left menu, then Manage admins.
- Choose the Page admins or Paid media admins tab and click Add admin.
- Search for the member and select their name. They may need to follow the Page first.
- Choose their role and click Save.
- Each person can hold only one Page admin role, but more than one paid media role.
- LinkedIn's Showcase FAQ says only super admins can edit the Showcase Page, manage admins and post as it.

What goes wrong with Showcase Pages, and how do you fix it?
The common problems and LinkedIn's answers:
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| No option to create one | Become a super admin of the parent Page |
| Error after creating a few | Daily limit reached; wait at least 24 hours |
| A parent Page admin can't manage it | Add them in the Showcase Page's Manage admins |
| Nobody can find it in search | It only shows for its followers; share its URL and link it from the parent Page's posts |
| You want it to be a full company Page | A super admin of both Pages contacts LinkedIn to convert it |
| You want to close it | A super admin deactivates it, or LinkedIn support removes it |

Where Zolyp fits
Zolyp, which publishes this guide, is our own product, so weigh this section with that in mind. Zolyp publishes to the LinkedIn profile or company Page you choose under Connections and writes each post for LinkedIn. If you also run a Showcase Page, give it its own plan: its followers are separate and won't see the parent Page's posts unless they follow both. LinkedIn is one of the 9 platforms it publishes to (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Threads), and you approve the week before anything goes live. Plans that create the posts start at $29 a month, with a 3-day free trial.
Common questions
How many Showcase Pages can a LinkedIn Page have?
Up to 25 for each parent Page. LinkedIn also limits how many you can create in a single day.
Do Showcase Pages share followers with the company Page?
No. Followers and follower counts are separate, and followers can't be moved from the parent Page to a Showcase Page.
Can I post jobs on a Showcase Page?
No. LinkedIn lists linking job posts and Career Pages as features of the main LinkedIn Page only.
Can I turn a Showcase Page into a company Page?
Yes, but not yourself: a super admin of both the parent Page and the Showcase Page has to contact LinkedIn to convert it.
Do Showcase Pages need Premium?
No. Premium Company Page is optional, and if you want it on a Showcase Page it needs its own subscription, separate from the parent Page's.
