How do you fix a position with no logo?
Positions added before the Page existed don't update on their own. To fix one:
- Click the Me icon, then View Profile.
- Scroll to Experience and click Show all experiences.
- Click the Edit icon beside the position.
- Delete the company name, retype it and pick the company from the list.
- Click Save.
- The list only includes organisations with a LinkedIn Page. If your business has no Page, no logo appears until you create one.
- If the right Page doesn't show, LinkedIn suggests following the Page, clearing your cache and cookies, then signing out and back in.

Who shows up as employees on your Page?
A member is linked to your Page when they choose it from the list for a job on their profile:
- Only people currently linked to the organisation appear, and the employee count opens a list of them.
- Admins can't add members to the Page by hand. Colleagues have to add the position themselves.
- Changes to the count can take up to 30 days to show, both for people joining and leaving.
- Someone who picks your Page by mistake can't edit it or manage admins unless they're a super admin.

Can you remove someone from your Page's employee list?
Not directly. The list comes from members' own profiles:
- Admins can't delete associated members.
- The member can remove the link by editing or deleting the position in their Experience section. It can take up to 30 days to take effect.
- Super admins can report inaccurate employment or education details to LinkedIn, which reviews each request.
- LinkedIn's rules say positions should reflect real professional ties, such as employment, contract work, official internships, volunteering or board roles, not being a customer of the business.
- Removing someone's admin role doesn't change whether they appear as an employee.

Why isn't my profile linked to my company Page?
Common problems:
| Problem | Why | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Company isn't in the list | It has no LinkedIn Page | Create a Page, then edit your position |
| Old position shows no logo | It was added before the Page existed or typed by hand | Edit it and pick the company from the list |
| Right Page doesn't appear when editing | A display or cache issue | Follow the Page, clear cache and cookies, sign out and back in |
| Colleague missing from the Page | They haven't linked their position | Ask them to edit their Experience |
| Former employee still listed | Changes can take up to 30 days | Wait, then a super admin can report it |

Where Zolyp fits
Zolyp, which publishes this guide, is our own product, so weigh this section with that in mind. Linked staff profiles show people who's behind the Page. Zolyp writes and schedules posts for your company Page and shows their comments and analytics, so the Page your team links to stays active. LinkedIn is one of the 9 platforms it publishes to (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Threads), and you approve the week before anything goes live. Plans that create the posts start at $29 a month, with a 3-day free trial.
Common questions
Why is my company logo not showing on my LinkedIn profile?
Either the company has no LinkedIn Page, or you typed the name instead of picking it from the list. Edit the position and select the company.
Can a Page admin add employees to a LinkedIn company Page?
No. Employees appear when they add the company to their own Experience section.
How long does it take to show up as an employee on a LinkedIn Page?
Changes to a Page's associated members can take up to 30 days.
How do I remove someone who doesn't work for us from our LinkedIn Page?
Admins can't remove them directly. Ask the person to edit their profile, or have a super admin report the inaccurate information to LinkedIn.
Will my connections be notified when I add a new job?
They may be, if Notify network is switched on when you save the change.
