Why do people look for a Sendible alternative?

Sendible is popular with agencies because every plan includes unlimited users. People usually look elsewhere because of:

  • No free plan: a 14-day trial with no card, then Core at $35 a month for one workspace and 6 profiles.
  • Approvals and assignment start on Plus, $99 a month, so a small team that needs sign-off pays almost three times the entry price.
  • Profiles come in workspace bundles: each extra workspace adds 6 profiles, whether you need 1 or 6.
  • White label costs extra on Elite and Enterprise, with pricing from $349 a month on Elite.
  • Its list of supported networks doesn't include Pinterest.

SocialPilot: more accounts for less

SocialPilot gives more accounts per dollar. Essentials is $25 a month billed yearly ($30 monthly) for 7 accounts and 1 user. Standard, $42 ($50 monthly), covers 15 accounts and 3 users with the social inbox, analytics and manager approval. Premium, $85 ($100 monthly), adds client approval, bulk scheduling and white label reports for 25 accounts and 6 users. The trial is 14 days with no card.

Best for: agencies that want client approval and white-label reports at a lower price. Users are capped per plan, unlike Sendible, at $5 a month for each extra user.

For a single business, Premium ($40 billed yearly) includes the inbox and approvals.

Best for: agencies with many small clients who each need one account per network.

Zolyp: when making the posts is the problem

Zolyp is our product, so weigh this section with that in mind. Sendible keeps a team's publishing organised; it still needs a steady supply of finished posts. Most tools here, like the one you're leaving, move a finished post onto a calendar. If the hard part of your week is deciding what to post and then writing and designing it, a different kind of tool fits better.

Zolyp plans the week across your content themes, writes the captions and designs the visuals against your Brand Brain (your tone, colours and rules, saved once), fits each post to its platform, and publishes to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Threads. You approve the week in minutes. Lite is $9 a month per brand for scheduling your own posts; the plans that create the posts start at $29 a month, with a 3-day free trial and no card required.

How do you choose?

Start from what made you look:

  • You need client approval and white-label reports for less: SocialPilot Premium.
  • You manage many small clients with one account per network: Zoho Social Agency.
  • You handle lots of reviews, comments and messages: Vista Social or Agorapulse.
  • You only publish to a few channels: Buffer.
  • You're short of posts rather than tools: an AI social media manager that plans and creates them.

What should you check before you switch?

Before you move an agency's clients, check:

  • Count users as well as profiles: Sendible's unlimited users can make it cheaper than per-user tools for big teams.
  • List the clients who log in to approve, and see how the new tool handles client access.
  • Make sure the new tool covers every network you publish to, including any blog or Bluesky posting.

How do you switch tools without missing a post?

A clean switch takes an afternoon:

  1. Export or write down everything still scheduled in your current tool, with dates and times. Download any reports you want to keep, too.
  2. Connect the same accounts in the new tool and check each one can publish.
  3. Recreate the scheduled posts there, checking the time zone setting first.
  4. Pause or empty the old queue so nothing goes out twice.
  5. Watch the first few posts go live before you cancel the old plan. On a yearly plan, check when it renews.
