Why do people look for a Vista Social alternative?
Vista Social packs a lot into one tool: publishing, an inbox, reviews, DM automations and a link-in-bio page. People usually look elsewhere because of:
- No free plan: a 14-day trial with no card, then Professional at $950 a year billed yearly. Monthly billing costs more per month.
- Users are limited: 2 on Professional, 3 on Advanced ($1,910 a year) and 4 on Scale ($4,310 a year).
- X publishing is a $29-a-month add-on on every plan.
- Listening beyond your own profiles starts at $75 a month, and employee advocacy at $199 a month for 25 employees.
- Review sites beyond Facebook and Google, such as Yelp, Tripadvisor and Trustpilot, start on Advanced.

Sendible: unlimited users
Sendible includes unlimited users on every plan, which matters if Vista's 2 or 3 seats are the problem. Core is $35 a month for one workspace and 6 profiles with unlimited scheduling, unlimited AI credits, and monitoring and replying. Approvals start on Plus ($99 a month, 3 workspaces, 18 profiles). Yearly billing saves 15%; the trial is 14 days, no card.
Best for: agencies and teams who want everyone in the tool, with less need for review management.

Zoho Social: a cheaper inbox
Zoho Social Premium is $40 a month billed yearly for one brand and 3 team members, with an inbox, content approvals, custom reports and a monitoring dashboard that includes Facebook and Google Business Profile reviews. X is included rather than an add-on. There's a forever-free plan and a 15-day trial with no card.
Best for: a single business that wants an inbox and approvals for the lowest price.

Agorapulse: inbox depth and reporting
Agorapulse is priced per user: Standard is $79 a month billed yearly ($99 monthly) for 10 profiles, with one inbox for messages, comments and Google reviews, and branded report exports. Approvals and assignments start on Professional ($119 billed yearly); ROI analysis and competitor benchmarking on Advanced ($149). The trial is 30 days, no card.
Best for: teams that live in the inbox. For two users it costs more than Vista Social Professional, so choose it for depth, not savings.

Sprout Social: the enterprise route
Sprout Social Essentials is $79 per seat a month billed yearly ($99 monthly) for 5 profiles. The consolidated inbox, review management and keyword monitoring start on Standard, $199 per seat a month on annual billing, with listening and premium analytics as add-ons. The trial is 30 days, no card.
Best for: larger organisations that need enterprise reporting and support.

Buffer: when you only need publishing
Buffer's free plan covers 3 channels with 10 scheduled posts each at a time, X included. Essentials is $5 per channel a month billed yearly, and Team ($10 per channel) adds unlimited team members and approvals. It has a community inbox for comments, but no review management or DM automation.
Best for: small businesses using only Vista's calendar.

Zolyp: when making the posts is the problem
Zolyp is our product, so weigh this section with that in mind. Vista Social is strong on engagement and reviews; making the posts is still up to you. Most tools here, like the one you're leaving, move a finished post onto a calendar. If the hard part of your week is deciding what to post and then writing and designing it, a different kind of tool fits better.
Zolyp plans the week across your content themes, writes the captions and designs the visuals against your Brand Brain (your tone, colours and rules, saved once), fits each post to its platform, and publishes to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Threads. You approve the week in minutes. Lite is $9 a month per brand for scheduling your own posts; the plans that create the posts start at $29 a month, with a 3-day free trial and no card required.
Zolyp has no inbox, review management or listening, so it doesn't replace Vista Social for replying.
How do you choose?
Pick by the part of Vista Social you'd miss least:
- Your team has outgrown 2 or 3 seats: Sendible.
- You want an inbox for the lowest price: Zoho Social Premium.
- Engagement is the main job: Agorapulse.
- You need enterprise reporting and support: Sprout Social.
- You only use the calendar: Buffer.

What should you check before you switch?
Vista Social does a lot, so list what you actually use:
- Every review site you monitor, and whether the new tool covers it.
- DM automations or a Vista Page link in bio, which need a replacement before you cancel.
- How many people log in: Vista includes 2 to 4 users depending on plan, while Sendible's users are unlimited.
How do you switch tools without missing a post?
A clean switch takes an afternoon:
- Export or write down everything still scheduled in your current tool, with dates and times. Download any reports you want to keep, too.
- Connect the same accounts in the new tool and check each one can publish.
- Recreate the scheduled posts there, checking the time zone setting first.
- Pause or empty the old queue so nothing goes out twice.
- Watch the first few posts go live before you cancel the old plan. On a yearly plan, check when it renews.
