Why do people look for a Sprinklr alternative?

Sprinklr Social is an enterprise platform: publishing to 30+ social and messaging channels, AI that sorts messages and flags brand risks, and dashboards across the business. People usually look elsewhere because of:

  • No public price list: the route to a price is to talk to an expert or book a demo.
  • It's built for large enterprises, with granular access controls, audit trails and automated approval workflows that take time to set up.
  • Social listening isn't part of Sprinklr Social; it's in Sprinklr Insights, a separate product.

Sprout Social: the closest suite with public prices

Sprout Social Essentials is $79 per seat a month billed yearly ($99 monthly) for 5 profiles. The consolidated inbox, review management and a listening add-on start on Standard ($199 per seat); extensive competitor and paid insights on Professional ($299); sentiment in the inbox, helpdesk integrations and spike alerts on Advanced ($399). Enterprise is by demo. The trial is 30 days, no card.

Best for: mid-size and larger teams that want enterprise-style reporting with a price they can see.

Hootsuite: monitoring and listening built in

Hootsuite includes brand and competitor monitoring from Standard (10 accounts), with Quick Search and trend forecasting on Professional and 13 months of listening history on Enterprise. Its FAQ says plans start at $99 for Standard and run up to $399 for Advanced, where team approvals and message routing start. The trial is 14 days, no card.

Best for: teams that want listening and publishing in one tool without a separate product.

Agorapulse: a deep inbox with approvals

Agorapulse is $79 per user a month billed yearly ($99 monthly) for 10 profiles on Standard, with an all-in-one inbox and white-label reporting on every plan. Assignments and simple approvals start on Professional ($119); multi-step approvals and unlimited profiles need a Custom plan. Listening is an add-on. The trial is 30 days, no card.

Best for: community and support teams that spend their day in the inbox.

eClincher: social, reviews and local SEO

eClincher pairs publishing and an inbox with listings, local SEO and AI visibility tracking, sold as separate products. Standard is $134 a month billed annually ($149 monthly) for 1 brand, 1 user and 15 profiles. Professional, $314 billed annually ($349 monthly), adds unlimited brands, 5 users, approvals, client dashboards and white-label reports. The trial is 14 days, no card.

Best for: multi-location businesses that want reviews and local search managed with social.

Sendible prices by workspace with unlimited users on every plan: Core is $35 a month for 6 profiles, Plus $99 for 18 profiles with approvals, and Enterprise $750 for 50 workspaces and 300 profiles with SSO. Yearly billing saves 15%; the trial is 14 days, no card.

Zolyp: when making the posts is the problem

Zolyp is our product, so weigh this section with that in mind. If you're a smaller business that ended up on enterprise software, the real question may be whether you need governance at all, or just a steady supply of good posts.

Zolyp plans the week across your content themes, writes the captions and designs the visuals against your Brand Brain (your tone, colours and rules, saved once), fits each post to its platform, and publishes to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Threads. You approve the week in minutes, and once a content pillar needs few edits you can hand it to Autopilot, with a veto window to pull any post before it goes out. Lite is $9 a month per brand for scheduling your own posts; the plans that create the posts start at $29 a month, with a 3-day free trial and no card required.

Zolyp has no inbox, listening or multi-level approval chains, so it isn't a replacement for Sprinklr at enterprise scale.

How do you choose?

Match the tool to the size and shape of your team:

  • You need enterprise reporting but want a published price: Sprout Social.
  • Listening matters as much as publishing: Hootsuite.
  • Your team works mostly in the inbox: Agorapulse.
  • You manage locations, reviews and local search: eClincher.
  • Many people need access: Sendible.
  • You're a small business that only needs posts made and published: an AI social media manager.

What should you check before you switch?

Moving off an enterprise platform takes planning:

  • Read your contract's renewal and notice dates before you start.
  • List the approval paths, user roles and audit needs you must keep.
  • Export historical reports and any listening data you need for year-on-year comparisons.

How do you switch tools without missing a post?

A clean switch takes an afternoon:

  1. Export or write down everything still scheduled in your current tool, with dates and times. Download any reports you want to keep, too.
  2. Connect the same accounts in the new tool and check each one can publish.
  3. Recreate the scheduled posts there, checking the time zone setting first.
  4. Pause or empty the old queue so nothing goes out twice.
  5. Watch the first few posts go live before you cancel the old plan. On a yearly plan, check when it renews.

Common questions

How much does Sprinklr cost?

Sprinklr doesn't publish prices. Its Social product page directs you to talk to an expert or book a demo for a quote.

Does Sprinklr Social include social listening?

No. Sprinklr lists social listening under Sprinklr Insights, a separate product.

Which Sprinklr alternative has public pricing?

Sprout Social, Agorapulse, eClincher and Sendible all publish prices on their pricing pages. Hootsuite's FAQ gives starting prices for its plans.

Is there a free Sprinklr alternative?

Not like for like. Agorapulse offers a free plan after its 30-day trial, and Buffer and Zoho Social have free plans for basic scheduling, but none matches Sprinklr's governance tools.

Which Sprinklr alternative is best for agencies?

Sendible, with unlimited users on every plan, or eClincher Professional, which adds client dashboards and white-label reports.
