What do you need before you can invite people?
LinkedIn won't show the invite tool until a few things are in place:
- A super admin or content admin role on the Page.
- The Page's Overview, Industry and Company size filled in (Edit Page, then Details). Until then you'll see Unlock invites.
- A Description in every language the Page supports, if you've added languages.
- A minimum number of connections on your own profile. LinkedIn doesn't publish the number.
- A Page with 100,000 followers or fewer. Larger Pages can't use the feature.

How do you invite connections to follow your Page?
LinkedIn's desktop steps:
- Go to your Page's super or content admin view.
- Click Invite to follow in the left menu.
- Search for connections by name, use the filters, or tick people in the list.
- Click Invite. Each person gets a notification, sent from your personal profile.
- In the app: open the admin view, tap Dashboard, select Share page, tap Invite connections, choose people, tap Review invites, then Invite.
- LinkedIn recommends inviting only people who are likely to be interested. Remember the invitation carries your name.

How do LinkedIn Page invitation credits work?
LinkedIn gives each Page a monthly pool of invitation credits that all its admins share. It doesn't publish a fixed number, and says it's gradually changing the amounts for free and Premium Pages. Your balance shows at the top of the window when you click Invite connections in the admin view.
- Each invitation uses one credit.
- An accepted invitation returns the credit, which can take up to 72 hours to show.
- Declined, ignored, withdrawn or cancelled invitations don't return the credit.
- Credits renew on the first day of every month.
- With a Premium Company Page subscription, super admins can also invite followers of similar Pages and switch on auto-invites for people who reacted to, commented on or shared the Page's posts in the past 30 days.

Can employees and other members invite people too?
Yes, with fixed monthly limits. A non-admin can invite up to 30 connections a month to follow their employer's Page, and up to 50 a month to follow other Pages with fewer than 5,000 followers. This uses their own allowance, not the Page's credits. To do it:
- Search for the Page using the bar at the top of LinkedIn.
- Click More, then Invite connections.
- Pick connections from the list, search by name or use the filters.
- Click Invite (in the app, tap Review invites, then Invite).
- Members can opt out of Page invitations in their Data Privacy settings, so some people won't appear.

Why can't I invite people to follow my Page?
The reasons LinkedIn gives:
